Fragrance oil–or pure essential oils–have many practical uses besides just getting a massage. Many organic and chemical-free products can be made using these scented oils. Fragrance oils are extracted from different parts of plants, like leaves, flowers or stems. Fragrance oils can also be combined for unique scents and ultimate benefits.
Stress
Aromatherapy from fragrance oil can be a great way to destress. Massage alone helps ease tense muscles. Certain aroma oils help bring on natural stress relief or brighten a mood. Certain bath oils can even be used to treat headaches and migraines associated with stress. An essential oil diffuser can also be beneficial in treating headaches and stress. Some pure essential oils indicated for this include chamomile, lemongrass, basil, peppermint and eucalyptus.
Beauty
Fragrance oils can be used for hair care of all different types–dry, oily, brittle or color treated. Fragrance oil can be used for other cosmetic reasons, such as treating face acne, bags under the eyes, dandruff, cellulite and varicose veins. Pure essential oils beneficial in beauty include chamomile, grapeseed, rosemary and lavender.
Scent
Perfume oils can be used to create perfumes, air fresheners, an essential oil diffuser, scented linens or even added to the washing machine in place of fabric softener to infuse a scent into clothing. Oils do not contain chemicals, making them an organic and safer alternative to many scented products.
Meditation and Exercise
Fragrance oil can be beneficial when used in conjunction with meditation for exercise. Yoga and pilates are commonly practiced with a bowl of boiling water containing a few drops of fragrance oils nearby. Aroma oils can be rubbed in after a workout, such as during a bath or shower. Epsom salts are a popular example of being used in a bath for aches and pains. Epsom salts are generally comprised of pure essential oils.
Injury
Aromatherapy essential oil can be used when massaging injured muscles, arthritis, tennis elbow, cramps and other aches and pains. Some people use fragrance oil as a new allergy treatment. Pure essential oils commonly used for injuries include wheatgerm, camphor of borneol, soya, Roman chamomile and lemon.

These movements cause the damaging of the tissues that connect the arm muscles and the bones around the elbow to become tender and painful and if pressure is applied beyond this point, the damage will be worse. Simple activities like gripping, carrying, lifting and carrying will be impossible when one is suffering from tennis elbow.
